Goldeed Development Ltd. is a duly registered company in Hong Kong. We have a joint venture factory “Guangdong Hefa Steel Tower Co., Ltd” in mainland China. In the meantime, Goldeed Development Ltd. is the sole overseas agent for Guangdong Hefa Steel Tower Co., Ltd. We are a specialized manufacturer of electric transmission and substation towers as well as telecom towers. Our factory is located in Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province with an area of 73 thousand square meters. Several major expressways nearby connect Nanhai District to the other major cities in Guangdong Province, such as Guangzhou which is only about 10 kilometer away.

We are completed with advanced fabrication and inspection equipments. We also have a very strong team of technicians and skillful workers. With the perfect location, convenient transportation network, advanced equipments and strong technical support, we are capable of providing good-quality products and excellent services to our clients. Our major products are 500 KV and below electric transmission towers, cross arms of concrete poles, substation steel structures, telecom/microwave towers and masts, non-standard line accessories and hot-dip galvanized bolts and nuts. 

We have staffs of more than 200 persons. 22 of them are middle and high level management personnel; 20 are engineers, five of whom are senior engineers; and more than 100 are skillful workers and specialized technicians. We have more than 200 sets of production equipments, ten automatic production lines of angle steels and two galvanizing tanks. One of the galvanizing tanks is 13 m in length, 1.5 m in width and 2.6 m in depth. All these ensure the good quality of our products. The annual capacity of production reaches up to 80,000 tons, while the galvanizing capacity totals 120,000 tons.

We have an indoor warehouse of 6,000 square meters for the storage of raw materials, 10,000 square meters of machinery workshop, 5,000 square meters of hot-dip galvanizing plant. The galvanizing plant is equipped with an advanced air filter imported from Germany which indicates our concept of environmental protection and concern for the good health of the staff. Besides, there is 2,000 square meters of fasteners warehouse, 800 square meters of fasteners production workshop. The area of pre-assembly site is 3,000 square meters. The loading yard of finished products occupies up to 6000 square meters which is equipped with 3 sets of large scale overhead cranes. All these are conducive to the smooth and fast process of storage, production, pre-assembly, matching and packing.

We use three-dimensional computers for the lofting of towers. The fabrication drawings and the data for the automatic production lines are derived by the lofting computer and can be installed in the hard disks, soft disks and CD-ROMS. The software of lofting is synchronous and compatible with the computers connected to the automatic lines. The data of fabrication can be transferred to the computers of the automatic lines by means of inner computer network or by putting a soft disk or CD-ROM in the computers directly. We only need to input the tower type and its serial number to start production. This system of lofting and production has greatly improved the efficiency of production. It also ensures the preciseness of the sizes of the tower members. Therefore, this system lays a solid foundation for the good quality of towers and punctuality of deliveries.We have also established our own effective management styles by continued practice and learning. With the assistance of advanced inspection equipments, we have set up a reasonable management system for the whole process of the purchasing of raw materials, inspection, fabrication and sales and after sales services. In 1996, we attained the “China National Class Two Metrological Certificate”. In December 1998, we were awarded with “ISO GB/T 19000:1994-ISO9002:1994 Quality System Certificate”. In 2002, we got “ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Certificate.” In January 2001, we successfully obtained the “Industrial Production License for 500 KV Towers” which brings our factory onto a new stage of development. For four consecutive years from 2001 to 2004, the factory was identified as “Class AAA Creditable Quality Enterprise in China”.

We have continued to improve our management system and engraft among our staff the principle of “Quality first, customer first” and the tenet of providing the best services to our customers. Now every member of the factory has established the concept of survival and growth by means of best quality and services. Through the years of hard efforts of the staff, we have achieved great development and gained substantial improvement in the quality of products. We have made new customers while still continuing our good business relationships with old ones. Therefore, we have won trust and good reputation among our customers. Nowadays, our products are sold to customers both in China and other countries.
